Lulucat Flow is licensed, not sold. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies; these terms add what is specific to this app.
License
Buying the in-app purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Lulucat Flow on the Macs associated with your Apple Account, as described in Apple's standard EULA.
What you record
Recordings you make with Flow are yours. We claim no rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to record what you record — laws about recording people, calls and copyrighted material differ by country, and following them is your job.
No warranty
The software is provided as is. We test it, but we cannot promise that every recording will succeed on every Mac in every configuration. Check your files before you rely on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app. We are not liable for lost recordings, lost time or lost work.
Refunds
Purchases go through the App Store, so refunds do too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes with them.
